AI Implementation Solutions
We build practical AI solutions that solve real business problems. Whether you need intelligent automation inside Salesforce, AI-powered integrations between systems, or custom AI tools for your team, we focus on implementations that deliver measurable results.
Our AI Services
AI-Powered Automation
Not every process needs a human reviewing it. We identify repetitive, rule-based tasks in your organization and build AI solutions that handle them automatically. This includes document classification, data extraction from emails and attachments, lead routing based on predicted fit, and case prioritization based on urgency signals. These automations work inside your existing tools (Salesforce, email, ERP) so your team does not need to learn a new platform.
Intelligent Data Processing
Organizations sit on large volumes of unstructured data: emails, support tickets, call notes, documents, and form submissions. We build AI pipelines that extract structured information from this data and feed it into your CRM or business systems. For example, automatically parsing incoming support emails to create categorized cases, or extracting key terms from contracts and populating Salesforce fields.
Custom AI Integrations
We connect AI models (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or custom-trained models) to your business systems. This is not about adding a chatbot to your website. It is about embedding AI capabilities directly into business workflows. A sales rep gets AI-generated account summaries before a call. A support agent sees suggested resolutions based on similar past tickets. A finance team gets anomaly alerts on incoming invoices. The AI works in the background, inside tools your team already uses.
No-Code AI with Noca
For organizations that want AI-powered integrations without custom development, we use Noca AI – a no-code integration platform that connects Salesforce to external systems with built-in AI capabilities. Noca handles data mapping, transformation, and routing intelligently, which means you can connect your CRM to ERPs, marketing tools, or databases without writing code. Noca’s AI layer can classify data, detect patterns, and make routing decisions automatically.
Predictive Analytics and Forecasting
We build models that help your team make better decisions with data they already have. Lead scoring that goes beyond simple rules – using historical conversion patterns to predict which leads are most likely to close. Churn prediction that flags at-risk customers before they leave. Demand forecasting that helps operations plan ahead. These models are trained on your data, connected to your systems, and designed to improve over time.
AI Strategy and Roadmap
Not sure where AI fits in your organization? We help you identify the highest-impact use cases and build a realistic plan. We look at your existing systems, data quality, team capabilities, and business goals. The output is a prioritized list of AI opportunities with estimated effort and expected impact – not a theoretical white paper, but a practical roadmap your team can execute.
How We Approach AI Projects
AI projects fail when they start with technology instead of a business problem. Our approach is different:
- Start with the problem. We do not look for places to use AI. We look for processes that are slow, error-prone, or expensive, and then evaluate whether AI can improve them.
- Prove it fast. Before building a full production system, we build a working prototype with real data. If the results are not compelling, we adjust or recommend a different approach. Most prototypes take 2 to 4 weeks.
- Integrate, do not isolate. AI tools that live outside your existing workflow do not get used. We embed AI outputs directly into Salesforce, email, Slack, or whatever tools your team works in.
- Plan for maintenance. AI models need monitoring and occasional retraining as your data changes. We set up the infrastructure for this from the start, and we train your team on what to watch for.
- Be honest about limitations. AI is not magic. Some problems are better solved with good process design or simple automation. We will tell you when AI is not the right answer.
Common Use Cases We Have Delivered
- Intelligent lead routing – AI scores incoming leads and routes them to the right sales rep based on predicted deal size, industry fit, and rep capacity.
- Automated case triage – Support tickets are automatically categorized, prioritized, and routed to the appropriate team based on content analysis.
- Document data extraction – Contracts, invoices, and application forms are parsed by AI, with key fields populated automatically in the CRM.
- Customer health scoring – AI analyzes usage patterns, support history, and engagement signals to predict which customers need attention.
- Email and communication analysis – Incoming emails are classified by intent (sales inquiry, support request, billing question) and routed accordingly.
- Sales forecasting – AI-powered pipeline analysis that gives leadership more accurate revenue predictions based on historical patterns.
Technology We Work With
We are not tied to a single AI vendor. We choose the right tool for each use case:
- Large Language Models – OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini for text processing, summarization, and classification
- Salesforce Einstein – For organizations that want to stay fully within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Noca AI – No-code AI-powered integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Custom ML models – When off-the-shelf models do not fit, we build and train custom models on your data
- Integration platforms – Connecting AI outputs to Salesforce, ERPs, databases, and communication tools
Who This Is For
Our AI services are designed for organizations that:
- Use Salesforce (or plan to) and want AI that works with their CRM data
- Have manual, repetitive processes that could benefit from intelligent automation
- Need to connect multiple systems and want AI-powered data routing
- Want to start with AI but do not have a data science team
- Are tired of AI vendors selling theoretical capabilities and want something that actually works
